Managing Death in the Muslim Community in Tower Hamlets: Improving after life services
Published in 2007
A report describing development work emerging from the experience of Muslim people in Tower Hamlets in coping with death and exploring how these might be improved.
Although this report was published in 2007, it is still current. The problems described continue, as affirmed at the recent conference held on the 19th of May 2011, organised by the London Muslim Centre, entitled ‘Dying Matters in East London’ (the link is www.eastlondonmosque.org.uk).
