Good moves is a programme for men and women aged 18+ in Tower Hamlets who have been diagnosed with diabetes, hypertension/high blood pressure or a heart condition. The FREE 8 week course combines healthy eating advice, gentle exercise and cooking classes to support you to make small lifestyle changes to improve your healthand well being. The 90 minute weekly sessions are fun, informative and inspiring.

Family Good Moves
FREE eight (8) week course to learn about healthy eating, healthy cooking and participate in fun exercises that all the family can do – For parents/carers and children aged 5+.
Antenatal Good Moves
FREE eight (8) week course that includes gentle exercises for a fitter pregnancy, relaxation techniques and healthy eating advice to help you prepare for the birth of your baby.
New Mum Good Moves
FREE eight (8) week course for new mums that includes exercises to help improve your pelvic floor and give you more energy, healthy eating advice and healthy cooking classes to boost your stamina.
