Kindred Minds is a dynamic Black and minority ethnic (BME) mental health user-led project based in the Borough of Southwark.
The project wishes to recruit a Project Worker to deliver activities that will enable & empower Black and minority ethnic service users to fulfil their potential and campaign for improvements in mental health services.
Project Worker – Kindred Minds
21 hrs a week
NJC scale pt 24 (£24,157 pro rata)
The project is funded until November 2013
You will need to:
Have personal experiences of using mental health services;
Proven experience of working with people who have use mental health services or experience emotional distress; from Black and minority ethnic communities.
