How can I get involved?
Come along to a group
We run different community groups where you can come together with other men, learn a new skill or do some exercise, and have a conversation. If you’re interested in coming along, you can see details of our current groups below:
Wellbeing Wednesdays - Exercise club for men
Sessions are fun, sociable, and suitable for all levels of fitness. After the exercise, we provide a free light snack/lunch and a space to talk about wellbeing, mental or physical health. You can register your interest below, or just turn up!
When? Every Wednesday, 11am-1pm
Where? The Brady Arts Centre, 192-196 Hanbury Street, London E1 5HU
Who? Male-only
Languages: Sessions are delivered in English, with Bengali language support

Elevate and Relate
A place for Hackney’s Black Men to empower and support each other and improve mental wellbeing through group conversations that matter. Led by experienced facilitators. FREE! Refreshments provided. This is an open session for Black, African and Caribbean men to talk about their wellbeing, mental or physical health and support each other. You can register your interest below, or just turn up!
When? Wednesday evening, 5:30pm - 7:30pm

Who? Male-only. Aged 18+
